Peter West- Extension 702 

Peter WestNo stranger to the business, Peter has been a Realtor since 1984. He is licensed in MA, NY, VT & FL. He currently holds the ABR, AHWD, CRS, GRI, SRES, SFR residential designations as well as the CCIM and SEC commercial designations.

Peter has worked in many areas of real estate including residential, land, and commercial sales. He has also worked as an appraiser and a mortgage lender. Combining these talents, he is a popular speaker at real estate events all over North America. He is a former National Sales Trainer for Century 21 Real Estate Corporation.

In 2007 Peter was inducted into the Buyers Agent Hall of Fame of the National Association of Realtors.

He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Adams Zoning Board of Appeals as well as a member of the Board of Directors at BFAIR, of which he is the past Chairman of the Board.

Corey Bishop - Extension 701

After switching gears from owning an auto detailing and reconditioning business, Corey became a Realtor in 1997. He is currently licensed in MA and VT. He currently holds the ABR, AHWD, CRS, SFR and GRI residential designations as well as the SEC commercial designation. He is also a licensed Construction Supervisor in MA and Home Inprovement Contractror.

While working in residential real estate, Corey has branched out and now works with land clients as well as commercial and investment clients. Corey has been involved with real estate training and now heads up the companies training department as well.

He currently serves on the Adams Conservation Commission and is the past President of the North Adams Rotary Club.

Barbara Osborne - Extension 700

Barbara Osborne

Barbara Osborne has been a Realtor since 1996. Since then, she has earned the ABR, CBR, GREEN, GRI, LMC designations. In 2014 Barbara was awarded the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" designation from the Berkshire County Board of Realtors. Barbara has maintained an active leadership role for the Board of Realtors, and she is currently serving on the MA Association of Realtors Structural Audit Committee as well as serving as a Director.

While not busy selling real estate, Barb is active in the community being a member of 1Berkshire, Civitan Club, Berkshire Business Professional Women, and the Zonta Club, to name a few.

Barb Scace - Extension 704

Barb is a native of Berkshire County, attending schools here and working here her entire life. She currently resides in Pittsfield with her husband Dan, two dogs and two cats. 

During her career, she has worked as a paralegal, specializing in real estate closings. This valuable knowledge and experience is extremely helpful in seeing transactions from start to finish. 

Barb has been a full time Realtor since 2006. She truly loves what she does and is very confident in her ability to think creatively and outside the box to accomplish her clients goals and objectives. A consistent top producer, Barb has clients return to her to use her services. 

Barb is a member of the Berkshire County Board of Realtors, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

During Barb's free time, she enjoys attending car shows with her two street rod pick up trucks, volunteering at the animal shelter and follows NASCAR.

Jeff Esposito - Extension 705

A resident of Berkshire County for 35 years with previous experience in Commercial Real Estate Construction. Jeff Currently holds a Massachusetts Real Estate since 2007 when he joined Les Poincelot Real Estate.

Jeff enjoys working with both Buyers and Sellers; Jeff’s approach to sales will make you feel comfortable and respected.

An active member in the Elks for over 30 years and also a member of the Italian American Club in Pittsfield for over 20 years.

Youth Sports has always been something that Jeff has enjoyed and been involved with. 

Tom Reynolds - Extension 706

Tom Reynolds

Tom retired from the business world in 2009 after working in the financial services sector on wall street then helping mutual fund companies. After a short time in retirement and driving his wife of 49 years, Donna crazy, she gently asked him to find something to do. Tom then renewed his real estate license, (originally licensed in 1974) and began helping people buy and sell their homes. Many of Tom’s clients become lifelong friends. Tom has earned certificates in: NAR Resort and Second Home Markets, E-Pro Certification Program and CIPS-Global Real Estate: Local Markets.

As mentioned earlier, Tom has been married to Donna for 49 years and together they have 2 grown children and 6 grandchildren and all are accomplished athletes. When Tom is not working with clients he can be found on the golf course trying to bring his playing partners down to his level, (he’s not very good) but thoroughly enjoys playing. When not on the golf course, Tom and Donna can be found at their grandchildren’s games from RPI football, Wahconah soccer and softball, to Westford, MA football and basketball.

Marci Levesque - Extension 703

Marci LevesqueA life long resident of the Berkshires County, Marci now resides in Clarksburg and has been licensed to sell Real Estate since 2014. Marci has been involved with many levels of business and customer service leading up to her full time career in Real Estate. She currently enjoys working with buyers and seller and strives to provide them with the highest level of professionalism and service. When not selling Real Estate Marci enjoys spending her time with family and friends and is always looking for a way she can help out in the community. Christy J Martino - Extension 707

Christy MartinoThe Berkshires has always been her home, specifically Lenox. Christy enjoys all of the seasonal variety that the Northeast has to offer. She was licensed as a sales associate in 2005 and obtained her Broker’s license in 2011.  She served a two-year term on the Berkshire Board of Realtors as a director. Christy strives to increase her real estate knowledge by earning specific designations in the more specialized areas.  She currently holds the following designations: ABR, GREEN, MRP and SFR.

Christy enjoys meeting new people and helping them accomplish their real estate goals whether that is selling their home or buying a new one. She understands the emotional ties sellers have to their homes and anxieties new buyers may have.  Christy works in a professional and ethical way to accomplish a stress-free transaction whether it be a sale or a purchase of a home. She will do her best to assist you throughout the entire process. Christy has partnered with Rose Schnopp to work as a team in accomplishing real estate transactions. They complement each other in a positive way. Working as the Martino & Schnopp team, one of them will always be available to assist with showings or to answer questions.

When Chirsty is not assisting clients, she enjoys hiking, kayaking and spending time with her family. She has two grown children who make her proud every day.

Rose Schnopp - Extension 708

Rose Schnopp Rose is a lifetime resident of Berkshire County. Having worked as a manager for CVS for many years she has acquired outstanding financial customer service skills, which she now applies to Real Estate.

She has been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and she holds residential designations ABR and SFR.

She is loyal, honest, and hard working and will diligently monitor each transaction from beginning to end. She enjoys very much working with buyers and sellers.

Rose is married and has two daughters and five grandchildren. She is a sports enthusiast and enjoys attending her grandchildren's games.

Wayne R Tremblay - Extension 711

Wayne Tremblay Wayne was born and raised in North Adams and graduated from North Adams State College (MCLA) with a degree in Business Administration. He is married and has 2 grown children and 1 grandchild.

Wayne's nearly 30 years of business experience includes working from programmer to senior manager for several information systems consulting companies. He held a REALTOR license in Arizona and also started a real estate photography business in 2005 which is still active. Wayne has authored several articles on photography. He has been published both on-line and in a number of trade journals and magazines.

After spending 11 years out west, Wayne returned to his Berkshire home town and obtained his Massachusetts real estate salesperson license in 2016.  He holds an e-PRO designation.

Wayne has had a love of music and live performance since age 9 and have worked with several popular local bands appearing all around the northeast and in Colorado.

He served as a volunteer coach for children’s baseball and as secretary for the Little League Board of Directors in southern Berkshire County. Wayne has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in Colorado helping to build affordable housing.

Katie Waldheim - Extension 709

Katie WaldheimKatie is a lifelong resident of Berkshire County. After high school she worked for a law firm handling the real estate work for the office, which led to her obtaining her Broker's license in 1973.   She also worked for General Electric Company holding various positions throughout the company at Plastics, Ordinance and the Power Transformer divisions.

Graduated from BCC in 2005 with degree in liberal arts and was co-salutatorian of class. While at BCC and after graduation, traveled to the Amazon rainforest in Peru and to Australia with environmental studies staff and students to study tropical ecosystems.  This ignited a love of traveling and plans to see more of the world.  She has a strong love of nature and has been involved in certifying vernal pools in Berkshire County, studying yellow spotted salamanders and their yearly migration.

In her free time Katie loves to garden, work with fabric and yarn, and spend time with friends and her children and grandchildren.  She also attends live music shows as often as possible, especially to see her musician son perform.

Katie is an honest, hard-working Realtor dedicated to making the transactions go smoothly for her buyers and sellers.   She enjoys working with people and is always available to help with their transactions.

Linda Morelli - Extension 712

Linda MorelliLinda Morelli began her career in 1998 at Berkshire Community College (BCC) as an Administrative Assistant in the Community Engagement, Education and Workforce Development Office, where she is now the Director of Community Education. 

Prior to joining BCC, Linda was a Derivatives Compliance Assistant at the former Scudder, Stevens & Clark Investment Firm in Boston, MA. She also taught English as a second Language at Inlingua School of Languages in Marcq En Barouel, France. 

She holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Careers from Berkshire Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Adams State College.  

Linda currently serves on the membership board for the National Alliance on Mental Illness in Berkshire County (NAMI) and volunteers for numerous events in the community.  She has one daughter and resides in Pittsfield.

Ashley Houghtlin - Extension 714

Ashley HoughtlinAshley has been a resident of Berkshire County for the last 18 years. She lived in central Massachusetts as a child and in the Boston area for a period of time. She loves everything New England has to offer. Currently she and her boyfriend Adam live in Pittsfield, and are raising their young son and expecting a little girl this summer.

Ashley is a Berkshire Community College alumna. She received her Associates of Science in Business in 2011.  Her major college focuses were on finance and marketing. Ashley has spent her working career in several different aspects of customer service and loves meeting new people.

Ashley received her real estate license in 2017 and intends to continue to learn and grow with the community. She looks forward to representing you as your real estate salesperson. Ashley has a strong belief in ethical responsibilities as well as being detail-oriented and outgoing.

Nancy Smith - Extension 715

Nancy SmithA lifelong Berkshire County native, Nancy studied and earned dual degrees at Southern Vermont College in Bennington, Vt.

She moved out of state for a brief period, and realized there was just no substitute for the unique culture and charm that Western Massachusetts has to offer. That’s why at the end of the day you will find her relaxing at her home on Lake Ashmere with her two dogs at her side.

Nancy’s resume is comprised of roles within the fields of management, finance, and security; all which require precision and a strong eye for detail. It’s no surprise that her extracurricular hobbies include gardening, landscaping, and working alongside her husband on home renovation projects- “There is no greater feeling than reaping the rewards of your hard work!”

Before obtaining her real estate license, Nancy had purchased and sold multiple homes- adding her personal touch to each through upgraded features and designs. Though each process, she realized how important it was to have an educated representative with her interests in mind.

Utilizing her experience and deep knowledge of the Berkshire County market, Nancy’s quest is to find clients their forever home, and isn’t afraid to take on a creative challenge along the way.
